Jacob P. Davidson

Thereafter, Mr. Davidson worked for the Greater New York Boy Scouts of America as a District Executive administering the Exploring Program first with businesses throughout the five (5) Boroughs and then with Law Enforcement, directly overseeing hundreds of posts, working and training with local, State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the City of New York, serving tens of thousands of NYC High School aged kids. He departed for Long Island in 2012 enrolling in Hofstra Law School (now the Maurice A. Deane School of Law) and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2015, with honors and receiving his graduating classes’ Award for distinguished performance in the area of Tort Law. During Law School he clerked for a NYS Supreme Court Judge in Queen Civil Term, and at a mid-sized and well-respected Plaintiffs personal injury and medical malpractice firm in Mineola, NY, and also was the President of the Unemployment Action Center Hofstra Law Chapter, handling dozens of Unemployment Benefits hearings on behalf of eligible New York Residents before Administrative Law Judges and often against opposing licensed attorneys representing Employers.

Mr. Davidson obtained licensure in both NY and NJ and began practicing in New Jersey at the then law Firm of Falk & Flotteron, LLC in Woodbridge, NJ where he started as a Law Clerk. He has been there since 2014 and is now the Managing Partner of the successor Firm of Falk, Flotteron & Davidson, LLP where he oversees a robust civil litigation and transactional practice, handling all aspects of real estate, from transactional, land use, to litigation.

Mr. Davidson has been nominated as a Super Lawyer for many consecutive years, among other attorney recognition, and was the New Jersey State Bar Association's Young Lawyer of the Year Recipient in 2022-2023 for his defense of a class of NJ Consumers in the Union County Chancery Court, against a major national Company. He is a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association, the Middlesex County Representative for the New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and the Secretary for the NJSBA Municipal Court Section. He is a frequent presenter and collaborator at various Legal Conferences throughout the State of New Jersey, including NJAJ, and the NJSBA Annual Meeting.

Mr. Davidson is a member of the Middlesex County District Fee Arbitration Committee, as Chair of his Panel. He is also active in many philanthropic efforts mainly with the New Jersey State Bar Association including programs supporting groups like MEND, Will for Hero’s and others.
